I was the quiet mouse that hid in the corners.
You didn't hear a word from me unless it was needed.
I stood back and took but ignored insults and bullying.
My belief was that at some point it would all go away.
But life has taught me that bullies just get replaced.
Be it by people, objects or fears they will always be around.
But I have changed.
I have grown.
And I won't allow no one or nothing break me.
I will stand and defend my ground.
