About Artist

Basic Information

  • Artist Statement

My focus is in acrylic painting on canvas, mixed media, and reclaimed woodworking. I repurpose and create decorative and practical pieces from used materials. I offer custom pieces, not only, but including, pet portraits and themed rocking chairs. My art is inspired by the raw, bright, graphic style of street art and the fun, social, off beat style of pop art. My work is greatly influenced by my lifestyle, views, and interests.  I am always on the pursuit of happiness and personal growth, keeping an open-mind and carefree spirit. Inspired by quotes and lyrics, I encourage positive thinking, strength, and individualism in my art. My art conveys my interests in travel, nature, vintage along with modern pieces, beauty, home design and my love for animals and astrology. The importance of fostering a progressive community shapes my work in many ways. Growing up in tag sales and thrift shops, as well as, overcoming hardships and failures has taught me to persevere, improvise, and find all the beauty in constant chaos.
