Basic Information

  • Artist Statement

As a painter and illustrator, I draw constant inspiration from nature, spirituality, and people of color. In current works, I use my own experiences to highlight the diversity of black feminity. I use gemstones, pressed flowers, butterfly wings and other tangible elements to add tangibilty, story-telling, and symbolism to my pieces.

I have attended events including the Bossier Maker’s Fair, the Bossier Night Market, Shop Til U Drop,C&C Mini Mercnatile Market and other events since 2018.
